Making a Claim

If you experience a mechanical or electrical failure, all you need to do is report the problem to your authorised Mazda Repairer.

They'll then diagnose the problem and work with us to resolve your claim. If they believe a repair is necessary, then they'll only ever use Mazda Genuine Parts to rectify it.
